Burritos CON POLLO IL RUSPANTE Deliziosi burritos ripieni di petto di pollo speziato e verdure, semplicissimi da fare.
Ingredienti:
Insaporite il pollo condendolo con olio, pepe, senape, la salsa Worcester ed il sale, coprite con la pellicola trasparente e mettetelo in frigo per 2 ore.
In una ciotola tagliate a dadini il pomodoro, il peperone e la cipolla e conditeli con succo di limone, sale e pepe.
trascorse le 2 ore di riposo del pollo in frigorifero, Cuocetelo alla griglia, quindi tagliatelo a cubetti o a fettine sottili.
Scaldate su una padella pulita i burritos o le piadine e farciteli con tutti gli ingredienti.
